SUPPORTING THE CUST0MER

I worked for Universal impact for 16 years and enjoyed taking care of the customers. Solving their problems and making sure they got the parts they needed in a timely manner.

After Universal impact was bought out by new owners the priority shifted away from the Rock breaker and Powersledge product lines in favor of new faster moving products. Slowly less and less parts were allowed to be made and once I resigned from the company all sales of parts for the product lines stopped. After several calls and text from customers I decided to start a small company to support the two product lines any way I can.
